Im thinking of starting a summer type brew, hopefully ready in time for Cup Final day, mid-May for the non football fans. Im thinking of starting this kit and dry hopping with cascade or styrian goldings, as an experiment. Any suggestions , is this a good idea, looking to get quite a crisp ,refreshing straw coloured ale. Am I barking up the right tree here

Even though it was my first brew with quite a few improvements it came out pleasent and very easy to drink. Adding some more hops should give it more a deep flavour. Also a very good ale to be chilled just that bit more

I'm gutted if it's over before it really began. But for Crusader, check it out, I'm conditioning it now...
