Early start today. Listened to the fight on the radio, then it was my turn to get stuck in.
First brew this year, due to ill health.Previous have been a couple of "kits and a couple of extracts.

Leaving me with 25L after boil.

O.G. 1.052

Beersmith tells me.Brewhouse Efficiency 68.96%

I was pleased with this.

Although it was a long day,I enjoyed it despite getting a bit stressed at times.I made loads of notes to see me through before I started. Also kept a log of my brew day.
Today was made easier by the knowledge I have gained from this great Website.I always keep a notebook handy when I'm online.

Here's to my next brew day.

Cheers.
