I have a coopers lager conditioning. Its in its 2nd week in the cold. Its nearly cleared off but tastes very very weak. It tastes a bit like a bubble gum i remember from as a young child.
Could i boil up some Saaz hops and add the hoppy liquid to improve the taste?
I think the reason for it being weak is that it errupted for over 24 hours. I stood the FV in a bowl to catch the spillage and at the end of fermentation i scooped the deposit up. There was about 3rd a butter block size of i presume yeast. It smelled like it anyway.

So there is alcohol in it, just very boring to taste.
Coopers Lager, rather weak.
