Brewed today without a set recipe. Decided to use up bits of ingredents that were mainly just past their use by date. [still in good condition]. Only had 3500 gms of pale malt in the sack so added a bit of suger to up gravity.
so I used 3500 pale malt
290 wheat malt
85 crystal
25 chocolate
300 sugar
27 wgv
9 progress
8 target
20 tettnang last 15 mins. w/labs british yeast. Guess I like suprises.
