So from what i understand ales ferment around 20 deg c, lager at around 12 and i know lagering is around 1 deg c for a few weeks.
I need to know the best temps for condtioning ales and what does everyone find as an ideal serving temps for both lagers and ales.
Only asking the question as the wife found my THIRD beer fridge yesterday(and it'll hold 4 cornies too
