Long fermentation

Hi all.... stsrted a new brew ( Nelsons revenge) eleven days ago and there are still many fine bubbles on the surface so it appears to be still fermenting and I am now getting a bit worried... how long should I wait before I keg it... hydrometer bust so cannot check SG.

having same problem with woodfordes wherry i have hydrometer and has been in fermenting bin for 11 days still bubbling and still reading not ready to bottle hydro reading approx 1006

ok prob is 1016 then just on grey part before yellow where it says bottle
