I sampled my brew after waiting patiently for it to condition for 4 weeks in the pressure barrel. To be honest I was a bit disappointed as it definitely had that homebrew yeasty taste

In total now it must have been in the pressure barrel for about 8 -10 weeks and the taste has really improved.
I am quite proud to say.....it is now a very drinkable pint!!

I guess my lesson learned here was that patience is definitely a good thing when is comes to homebrew and a good pint is worth the wait!!!
