Does this sound correct?
I boiled 1 liter of AJ to dissolve the sugar (brewing sugar) and added to the other 3.5 liters in the DJ. I then added the yeast and that was pretty much it. after givin a good shake i got a reading of 1082 so it should be a good % after all i did use quite a bit of sugar

its bubbling away nicely now about 1 every second. when this stops does that mean fermentation has finished? thanks.
