just like to thank all that helped me through my first batch of wheat beer.
me and a friend opened a couple of bottles yesterday and man was it good.
i`ve been to bavaria several times now, drank weiss beer in the hofbrauhaus, augustina brewery pub and a mass or two of dunkel in the andechs monastery to name but a few.
nothing tastes better than brewing, bottling then drinking you own wheat beer.
i have now bottled a coopers real ale and today i made a coopers euopean lager which i`ll pressure keg and keep to christmas. (no f**king chance of that happening).
