Made a biggish batch, for me that is. Didn't think all that grain would fit into the tun but it's a thermobox and it fitted easily. 2hr Mash last night left in the boiler till the morning. A quite satisfactory result hitting the intended 40litres at 1049. Already started bubbling away.
