Mashed this overnight on Friday into Saturday:
4.50 kg Munich Malt (22.0 EBC) Grain 84.91 %
0.50 kg Cara-Pils/Dextrine (3.9 EBC) Grain 9.43 %
0.15 kg Aromatic Malt (52.0 EBC) Grain 2.83 %
0.15 kg Carafa I (800.0 EBC) Grain 2.83 %

Batch Sparged for the first time (much easier than fly if you get the calcs sorted)

First runnings

Boiled with:
65.00 gm Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.00 %] (60 min)
15.00 gm Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.00 %] (15 min)
Collected 23l @ 1050 after hop sparging with 10l of boiling water

and pitched 2 pkts of s23 last night at 14 C but have some cold break material in the FV - prob due to the hop sparge after cooling - looking a bit like soggy croutons!! Anything to worry about?

EDIT: I've never seen yeast evolve into croutons before!

It's a 'Really Useful Box' - food grade and safe up to 80C. With the thermostat and element from my old electrim boiler.
