Two weeks ago i did my first all grain batch.I tried Dave Lines Budweiser and started with an SG of 1044 I used a propagator slap pack of pilsner yeast but maybe pitched it to soon.fermentation temp was around 14c.It now has stopped at 1020.Can i bottle this or do i need to restart it ? Or worse chuck it ?

Put it in the living room to warm up for a day to see if anything happens. If no good, make up a starter with two packets of Saflager S-23 and pitch that once it's frothing nicely. When the bucket has foam on, you can move it back into the cold.
