when its finish at about 1000,i`m going to filter it as i like still cider do you think thats ok?i`m using the boots filter...(i don`t filter my wines but as this is cider and i want to drink it as soon as possible).

Just put my first TC on.3 x 1.5 l of AJ from lidl and 250g of lidl honey,1 teaspoon of citric acid,1 teaspoon of tanin,1 teaspoon of yeast nutrient, 1 teaspoon of Pectolase and 1 teaspoon of youngs wine yeast,the sugar reading was 1060,i`ll post some pics later wish me luck when its finish at about 1000,i`m going to filter it as i like still cider do you think thats ok?i`m using the boots filter...(i don`t filter my wines but as this is cider and i want to drink it as soon as possible).

Don't see any major issues with filtering myself but have never done it. I have TC constantly on the go so always have ime for it to drop bright, plus I like mine lightly sparkling.
