Muntons Gold IPA

Post by clootie » Sat Nov 18, 2006 1:46 pm

I've done something really stupid. I started a Muntons Gold IPA last week. I kept the leaflet from inside the box (which is really just an advert for different Gold kits) and threw the box out and therefore the instructions. The brew is sitting around 1014 at the moment but I don't know what FG I should be aiming for to bottle. Can anyone help please?

Use your hydrometer to get the same reading over two days, thats generally the rule of thumb.

Thanks for the help. Last kit was a highland heavy which fiished about 1012 so reckoned I wasn't far off. Looking forward to tasting this one :)
