Its still cloudy though, but if it continues to improve in flavour I'm not going to care.
The Coopers Stout with 1kg of Dark spray malt, after 1 week in the warmth and a chill in the fridge (or even after just 3 days in the warm!) it tastes pretty damn good

The yeast makes a good solid sediment in the bottom of the bottles and I think its looking pretty clear, though its hard to see through it, at a clear bottle neck its a deep dark red

I could get used to this

So for a first off crack, I've got two beers that I'd happily call regulars

If things continue like this I won't be spending as much on beer when we go shopping, at least after I've stocked myself up with enough good bottles
