be careful with brewbelts, I don't think that most have a thermostat, you could come in one day and your beer will be simmering away at 25-30C, not good.
to be honest that is an ok temp for most ale yeast in the primary, fermentation may take a couple more days but you're not going to get any odd off flavours which you can get from fermenting at high temperatures.
ideal ale yeast temps are around 18-20C, usually the lower in the range you go the cleaner the taste.
Popular ale dried yeasts such as Safale S-04, Nottingham and US-05 will all tolerate down to 14/15C, so personally I would go without the belt.
if you're bothered you could risk it with the brewbelt but watch it doesn't go over 24/25C
secondary ferment should be ok at 16-18, again it'll just take a little longer.

I'd go with Garth, leave the brewbelt off and just leave the bottles a little while longer.
