First runnings

A nice rolling boil with the cascade hops in.


Cooling again struggling to keep the run off at a steady 20°c as the flow really effects the temp of the wort. Too slow and is above 25. Too fast and it comes out at under 10°C!

OG just about spot on at 1.042. I have to say the calculaters on the site are brilliant! This is my third brew now and I have always hit the correct gravity.
