Where do you store your beer once it's it's done? And what sort of conditions?

In an unoccupied (by humans) unheated bedroom facing north west.
The beer is stored well away from the window and external wall and the temperature is a fairly constant 10 to 15 degrees C though it can go up on a hot summer's day. Over the years I've collected a number of 6 x one flagon and 12 x one pint crates which are stacked next to the rest of the brewing paraphenalia. Normally the curtains are drawn to keep out the light.
At the moment it holds 30 pints of Cooper's Bitter, 30 pints of Geordie Bitter and 24 pints of Geordie Yorkshire Bitter as well as various bottles of Sheppeys Cider from Somerset plus bottled ales given to me for birthday/Xmas/bribes etc.
I tend to visit this room one or twice a day to keep an eye on things and monitor the situation.

I can only dream of a room like that. At the mo any bottles are in the loft, but I'll need to move them before the summer.

I store my bottles in a cupboard in the garage for as long as I can resist drinking them.
The added advantage is that a leakage or broken bottle won't be as bad as indoors.
I keep the cardboard bottle-carriers from Sainsburys to keep them safe and upright.
The garage is cold at the mo but not too bad as the boiler is in the garage and puts out a little heat.
The garage will be too hot in the summer but I hope by keeping the bottles buried in a cupboard they will avoid the worst of it.
At least in the summer it will be a better brewing temperature in the house !
