pressure barrel for??

Hi all, im about the do another kit, just wondered what is best for a barrel use? I know people say lager in bottles?

Stout, ale, and bitter ok in barrel?

i prefer to bottle myself but loads of the lads on here use barrels.
probably due to the fact that you dont want your ale to be as fizzy as lager or somethin.

I stopped making lager as they mainly went wrong for me. I now restrict myself to biter, ale, stout and turbo cider.

I use a mix of bottles and kegs and use whatever I have empty first - unless I know there's an event coming that needs sousing, in which case I'll use a keg just to avoid all those empties.
