Santa just dropped off some supplies he got from Charles farms today. Image Never used the Murphy's yeast aid before.Do you add to the boil or fermenter & how much for 110 Litre brews do you use. And Safale US-56 what does 50 to 80/ghl mean would 80g in 110 Litre brews be about right. Cheers

A hectoliter(hl) is 100L

I don't know about yeast aid.

Is yeast aid anything like yeast nutrient? I put yeast nutrient in during the last 15 minutes of the boil. AFAIK this can be put in at any time though.
