hi
i started a geordie bitter kit (6 quid at morrisons) added 200g of choc malt, now the problem is i had a og of 1036 and on the instruction it say when it reaches 1005 for two days it has finished, it had been fermenting for 8 days now my readings say 1005 for two days but my bubbler still releases about every 15 mins or so.
is it better to leave a little longer or keg as is???
any help appreciated

Re: geordie bitter kit
A steady gravity for 2-3 days is usually good enough for me... give it another day, then bottle/keg.
You will still see some CO2 coming out of suspension after fermentation is complete and the FG is reached, so airlock bubbles are not a reliable indicator.
