I'm about to start a Tom Caxton's real ale, took the plastic lid off, and hey presto! no instructions, it weighs 1.8 KG, and under the lid there is a packet of yeast, and a packet of Hop enhancement, the $65 million question is , do I add 1 KG of sugar to the wort, I have brewers sugar, and demerera?????
