Monk Ale...

Made by bald guys using their leftovers on a friday night:

3 kg Maris Otter
300g Crystal Malt
200g Vienna Malt 50g Black Malt

90 min mash at 67

30g Amarillo (60)
400g Golden Syrup (45)
20g Goldings (15)
Irish Moss (15)

SG 1042

Wyeast 1024.

To say that we made it up as we went along it turned out excellent. I made 4 brews using a split wyeast 1024 and they are noticeably different (dare i say better) than the s-04 i have always used. A very nice brew indeed.
