I would like to brew up a Scottish Heavy and have put together this recipe. Any advice would be welcome.
2700g Golden Promise
350g Wheat Malt
250g Dark Munich (25-35ebc)
250g Medium Crystal (115-145ebc)
30g Goldings (90mins)
10g Goldings (10mins)
Wyeast 1084
Boil for 120 mins.
I am locked into using the yeast as it is being recycled from another brew. I am unsure about the hopping schedule, so any help there would be great.
