At the weekend I had my first taste of my first ever homebrew: Woodfordes Wherry. It's been conditioning for two weeks, so I know it has a little longer to go, but I was seriously impressed with my sample.

Its a great feeling that first homebrew pint! I remember mine too, the look of shock on my face that it tasted so good

Fantastic news. I have only just done the wherry myself after about 7 other kits. I think its one of the top 2-3 I have done. That means your 2nd kit might not taste quite as good as a warning.
