Norfolk Nog

I've got a Nog kit conditioning now and am about to do another (Christmas supply).

Just wondering whether its any better than it already is if Nottingham yeast is used rather than the kit yeast? I've heard good things about Notts yeast, so has anyone else tried it with Nog? I know some of it's down to personal taste but I am interested.

Cheers

Generally speaking the kit yeasts are naff. They come in 6g packs and rule of thumb for 23 litres is pitch with 11/12g of yeast. Personally I would ditch it and use Safale-04. Its fast working, clears nicely and delivers a nice and firm slight sediment in your bottles. 8)
