The kit was a youngs brew buddy bitter, made as per instructions with but with BE instead of sugar and bottled.
Towards the last half of the batch (now about 3 or 4 months old), this has been increasingly lively, very very frothy when poured. Whilst not detracting from the enjoyment of the beer, I was just wondering what the cause of this was and if anything could be done to minimise it in future brews.
Overall (as per instructions), I used 85g of sugar to prime. Is this the prob ? too much ?
All help greatly appreciated as always ..
Cheers and happy brewing (and happier drinking)
Steve
