Ultimate Mild

Hi all,

Ive come up with a recipe for a Mild loosely based on Festival Mild, but Ive played with it!

Only thing is, is that on Brupaks website it tell you how to work out the Hop weight with a formula, Ive checked against the Beer Engine and
Brupaks calculations say use more hops! just slightly! for same EBU which one should I believe? Shall I go with the manual calculations or the engines?

Yes we are only talking 10gms or so but Im trying to get things right!

There are a number of different methods of calculating hop utilisation. I seem to remember Graham talking about them a while ago and how to use the different ones in Beer Engine.
