Turbo Yeast (etc.) Spirit Production

These turbo yeast kits seem to have become more common these days, and i admit i'm intrigued. However, there seems to be no real information about how you actually make the liquers.

The fermentation and clearing bit i am fine with, but after that the available knowledge seems to dry up.

Hop and Grape have a huge selection of bits for making liqueurs, but absolutely no details on any of these items.

Does anyone have experience of this?

Any general tips would be appreciated, but i also have a few specific questions:

1) What is the carbon thing (filter?) used for, and how is it used?

2) How much flavouring do you need per bottle? (with this stuff for example: http://www.hopandgrape.co.uk/catalog/de ... STI2141750)

3) How do you use the three liqueur bases and the cream liqueur base?

How much do you need to use per bottle?

I have even emailed H&G to ask them to provide more info, but they haven't even bothered to reply to me. I think i'll use BB for brewing supplies from now on, but BB don't have the liqueur stuff.
