"Health salts" = Epsom salts?

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

"Health salts" = Epsom salts?

I was looking for Epsom salts but all I could find were 'health salts' containing citric acid, bicarbonate of soda and magnesium sulphate. Can I add these to my liquor? Will the other ingredients have any negative effects?

Can't say for sure but I would be worried about the citric acid and bicarb messing with the pH

There's magnesium in malt, you only need it in trace amounts.... i'd leave it out personally and stick to CaCl2 & Gypsum
