Along the lines of TTL

Will be trying this recipe over the weekend, any comments? I have not tried a TTL, so i just trying to get an idea of how it should taste like.

4.70 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter
0.25 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L
20.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] (60 min)
28.00 gm Fuggles [4.50 %] (60 min)
20.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (15 min)
25.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] (0 min)
Mash tempt 67C
Targeting an OG of 1043 and IBU of around 33-35.

I know i cant get any Golden Promise, however im not trying to do a TTL clone, rather more along the lines of it. Am i adding too much crystals? Also i cant get my hands on the yorkshire strain, so im left with SO-4, SO-5, Wyeast 1968. Which yeast should i go for???

I did one in mid march with just MOtter and black a la GW recipe. I used goldings and bobek with SO4 yeast as I find this excellent for bottling. Its just about ready now and tastes great dispite my going to the pub during the mash.....forgetting and giving it a 2 1/2 hour mash! So from my experience if you're bottling the s04 is good.

I dont disagree with micmacmoc, S05, which is also great for bottling will really bring those hops to the front.

The crystal will be fine. My local has TTL all the time and I find it to be one of the "sweetest" brews around...............you could even use more
