Your beer is STUNNING!!! I would happly pay for your northern brewer! this was spent in a breath! If I can achive what you are doing I will be very happy. I can not fault anything you have done, brilliant!! Seriously good beer. Ive payed for far worse!
Next time I brew I will clean every thing too with in an inch of its life., on your advice.
Could you please give me your methord for your northern blue, I really liked this. Everything I want from a brew!!! Spot on!!!

I will take your advice on board and try again in a few weeks. Also I will use barley bottom for the hops!
