Thinking of getting a brew on the go for Christmas. Any thoughts about the following:

Torrefied Wheat 150 grams 1.8%
Wheat Malt 800 grams 9.8%
Pale Malt 6800 grams 83.3%
Black Malt 18 grams 0.2%
Crystal Malt 400 grams 4.9%

Willamette Whole 6.69% 0 mins 50 grams 22.7%
Golding Whole 5.2 % 90 mins 100 grams 45.5%
Aurora Whole 8.1 % 10 mins 70 grams 31.8%

Final Volume: 40 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.049
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 4.8% ABV
Bitterness: 44.50525052654 EBU
Colour: 23 EBC

Will the williamette and aurora work together?
