Leftover Hops Recipe
Re: Leftover Hops Recipe
I'm coming from the opposite direction, doing extract brews has concentrated my changes in the hops and I'm just trying to work out the grain thing properly

Re: Leftover Hops Recipe
As you haven't given any weights of grist or volumes of brew then it's hard to say if your hops are right!
Sounds like a nice refreshing citrusy ale though Rich! Amarillo and cascade are a great combination!
I personally wouldn't use amarillo late in a brew though as it's too intense for my tastes. I'd go late with cascade and save the amarillo for bittering (mine is 9.4% AA)! But that's just MO! Haven't used Aurora so can't comment!
Sometimes leftover brews turn out to be your best beers! Let us know how it turns out!
What yeast are you using?
