So onto AG number 3, was mightily impressed with the SNPA clone i did so wanted something else pale bit with a bit more body and aromatic, after reading on here about Nelson Sauvin i quite like the sound of it.
So (please forgive the play on words :) ) i give to thee, Suave Bob:

4Kg - MO Pale malt
200gm - Carapils
90 minute mash @ 66c

Hops:
90min - Bobek 30gm
10min - Nelson Sauvin 20gm
Switch off - Nelson Sauvin 30gm - 30 min steep

Edit: 20l brew length

Looking good Tron Nelson Sauvin is a fine hop I love it if you have any spare throw more in at the end IMHO you can't over do them :D

Just transfered this to secondary with a hit of isinglass to help clear for cornie.
Finishing gravity was 1.010 which makes it around 5.3%
Had a sneaky taster and its pretty damn good, a mellow hit of grapefruit on the nose to start with initially its does taste quite sweet and but a dry bitter finish.
I think i might stick with this to get a good recipe locked down, could be very good, perhaps a different bittering hop next time.
