Degrees of Extract

Hi, my first post on this forum which has provided some very useful info. I'm trying to find degress of extract values as per Dave Line's Big Book of Brewing for unmalted wheat and barley syrup. Anyone know where I can find them?

Many thanks for that DaaB, am I correct in thinking those figures are brewers pounds?
