Using up last years hops - any ideas?

Hi,

I'm trying to use up last years hops from the freezer. Wondering if anyone had any suggestions of recipes they've made in the past that have worked out ok.

I've got the following -

Grain -
Plenty of pale, crystal, chocolate and black malt and some torrified wheat.

Hops -
Styrian Goldings - 60g
Northern Brewer - 60g
Challenger - 80g
Pacific Gem - 90g
Willamette - 45g
Fuggles - 80g
EKG - 70g
BX - 50g
Aurora - 50g

Yeast - 1 pack of the following:
S04
S05
Widsor
Nottingham

Any help greatly appreciated - I've not got too many ideas.
