Fuggolding Bitter
Re: Fuggolding Bitter
Seems very similar to a recipe I do. I use EK goldings and spray malt. I also put a bit of EK gold in at the 2 min mark for more aroma. Nice one,
Re: Fuggolding Bitter
I have just poured myself a half of this and although it has only been in the keg for 16 days it tastes nice already, nice and malty with a lovely fruity bitterness and a lovely creamy head that lasts all the way to the last dregs, not bad for a user upper. I will leave it now for a few weeks and taste again when its nicely matured.
