Tom Woods Golden Evening

Been drinking Tom Woods Golden Evening ale over the weekend, and although I dont normally prefer light ales, this was very tasty. The ale is a golden ale with a dry lightly hopped taste and a rather tart finish, as it says on the tin! Does anybody know how to replicate a dry lightly hopped taste and a rather tart finish?
