Bagage

Post by subfaction » Mon Oct 03, 2011 11:41 am

Hey chaps, just wondering where you got your biab bags from, I'd rather buy something rather than getting on the sewing machine, but I'm a tight wad, so where do I look?
I should mention it's for use in a buffalo 40l boiler...

nice one, they look awesome, does anyone have the diamensions for the 40L buffalo?
I'm not getting it until few weeks, but want to get everything ready so I can brew as soon as the postie arrives.

Just tell them the make and model and they have templates for most boilers. They made mine to suit the 40L Buffalo, so would have the dimensions already.
I buy from The Malt Miller

Sounds like you are getting excited! :D Have you done a BIAB yet? Got a recipe planned for your new boiler?

Hehe, yes I am a little
As for brews I'm not sure probally an average ale, ipa or a Belgian wit.
I'm thinking of getting a few extra kg of specialties and a 25kg bag of mo, and a few hop types so I can experiment a bit...

Any good 1st attempt suggestions?

I'm glad that people are liking the bags :)

I knew that mine was so good that people would pay for them, I'm glad they're getting some use and praise :)

I cant get enough of the APA on the BIABrewer website. here is the link: http://www.biabrewer.info/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=14

The Amarillo Hops are fantastic. I tried a couple of other BIABs and this is by far my favourite.
