Knowle Beer Festival 9th and 10th March

There is going to be a beer festival at the British Legion in Knowle, Solihull on the 9th and 10th of March. It is being organised by the Knowle and Dorridge Round Table. It is in the early stages of organisation and I have found myself in the post of beer manager, so I will be responsible for racking, tapping and cooling. It will be the first time I have taken on this role so any advice and tips would be very welcome. In particular advice on the best cooling systems for a festival would be very welcome.

Preparations going very well, we have cooling saddles sorted and building a good collection of beers. The Solihull CAMRA have been very helpful, they've provided lots of help and support. Breweries we have lined up include Thornbridge (got to have Jaipur!), Church End, Tunnel, Patriot. We also have some from further afield, will post more details when the list is a little more final.
