Ok, since the overwhelming response from my "What next" post below #-o


I've come up with this.........

0.25 kg Amber Malt (43.3 EBC)
0.25 kg Wheat, Torrified (3.3 EBC)
0.15 kg Black (Patent) Malt (985.0 EBC)
50.00 g Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min
20.50 g Target [11.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min Hop
35.00 g Challenger [7.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min
50.00 g Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
2.0 pkg SafBrew Specialty Ale (DCL/Fermentis #T-58) [23.66 ml]

Doin it next week sometime, probably won't be ready for christmas, but i'm gonna drink the bugger!!!!

If you intend to drink this that soon I would scale back the malt and aim for a 4.5% abv region beer.
