I was going to have a brewday on Sunday but we have friends coming round now (SWMBO told me an hour and half ago)and I want to play out on my MTB tomorrow, so doing it now 45 mins left on the mash.

All made up last minute with my leftovers before I order another batch of grain.


Night Night

Original Gravity (OG): 1.058 (°P): 14.3
Final Gravity (FG): 1.015 (°P): 3.8
Alcohol (ABV): 5.70 %
Colour (SRM): 13.9 (EBC): 27.3
Bitterness (IBU): 23.0 (Average)

74.29% Pale Malt
14.86% Aromatic Malt
4.31% Crystal 120
3.57% Torrified Wheat
2.97% Acidulated Malt


30g Willamette (5.6% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil)
30g Cascade (6% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)
10g Cascade (6% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Flame Out)

Single step Infusion at 65°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Safale S-04

Sounds good, how did the brewday go, any photos?

Very load bitterness in comparrison to OG, hope you like 'em sweet & malty :)
