Had a few ingredients in the house and a spare afternoon so the brew is on. :D
4Kg marris otter
500g carapils
100g wheat
50 g cascade 60 min
50g cascade 30min
40g amarillo 1min
23g simcoe 0min
19L brew length
Nottingham yeast to let the hops shine

Should be a right stinker =P~

Just got something similar on myself with 100g of Cascade and 100g of Chinook. Also with Nottingham but it's not started yet so I'm just going to pitch another sachet, it's rehydrating as I type :D

I've tried to brew a beer witht a hop hit without the high alcohol that makes me hit the floor. :wink:
