thanks for the help with water. Does anyone know of any organic hops and malt, preferably an on line supllier?

I love the idea of organic food but I don't like the fact that it is a brand name owned by The Soil association. This private business charges manufacturers and growers to use the word "organic" plus a percentage of their yearly income, and that is only if you jump through a number of their rather unscientific hoops to produce your crop in the 1st place. For a so called charity they are a real bunch of crooks.
