I've used the grain bill before and it gives a light sweetness to back up all the hops. I also have some Munich malt I could throw in just to up the ABV a bit and add a bit more malt flavour? I'm aiming for it to have huge aroma backed up with a suitable bitterness. What do you guys think?

Nice looking brew... Your definitely not holding back on the good stuff. US 05 has become my go to yeast in an ipa I just can't see any reason to use liquid yeast in this style.
