Loosely(very) based on a london pride recipe, I thought that the munich would give it that maltiness, its the first time Ive used golden promise, so unsure what that will give, gonna use nottingham yeast, and dry hop with som EKG

Munich Malt 20 EBC 0 lbs. 10.5 oz 300 grams 6.5%
Caramalt 30 EBC 0 lbs. 10.5 oz 300 grams 6.5%

Golding Whole 5.7 % 10 mins 0 lbs. 0.7 oz 20 grams 30.8%
Northdown Whole 8.3 % 90 mins 0 lbs. 0.4 oz 10 grams 15.4%
Golding Whole 5.7 % 0 mins 0 lbs. 0.7 oz 20 grams 30.8%

Final Volume: 22 Litres

Total Liquor: 31.8 Litres
Mash Liquor: 11.5 Litres

I can't say how close this will come to London Pride, but it will give you a pretty good beer.
I'm just here for the beer.

Why use Nottingham if you're aiming for Fullers? I'd strongly recommend an upgrade to their own strain: Wyeast 1968, White Labs WLP002, or BSI A-68/BSI-2. I'm sure Brewlab has one, too.
Nottingham's fine, but I'd think too neutral for what you're doing. A more distinctive fermenter would really make it pop.
