Working out my Efficiency?

IPA (Townes Brewery)

I brewed this one over the weekend. I used Daab's method of batch sparging.

Batch Size (L): 23.00
Total Grain (kg): 5.200
Anticipated OG: 1045
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75 %
Wort Boil Time: 120 Minutes

Grain
5000 kg. Pale Malt(2-row)
0.200kg. Wheat Malt

Hops
104g Cascade hops 4.8% (Start of Boil)
29g Cascade hops 4.8% (last 15 minutes)

5g Irish Moss Fining 15 Min.(boil)

Yeast
DCL Yeast S-04 SafAle English Ale

90 minute mash @ 65 deg C
Boil for 120 minutes

Final gravity after 23 litre finish was 1051. How do I work out my efficiency?
