I have done dozens of kenridge wine kits over the years and they usually clear within a few days, my current kit isn't clearing, I sometimes use the two part fining's from Youngs http://www.dorsethomebrew.co.uk/shop/ch ... 40217.html if I am in a hurry but this time I had a few days so I used the supplied isoklear but it just isn't clearing, would I be able to add one of the 2 part youngs fining's to hurry things along? I know that finings work on electrical charges so was just wondering if it would make things worse if I added the youngs product. I need this wine clear and bottled to create some fv space.
Cheers

Re: Kenridge kit not clearing
I haven't made a Kenridge wine kit myself, but I've sometimes found with using the finings supplies with the Selection kits, they may take 7-10 days to fully clear from top to bottom & for the sediment to pack down tightly.
