lager recipe

i have 2kg of lager malt
pale malt,crystal malt, wheat malt,torrified wheat and lots of different hops. i was thinking of saz to make a very basic lager. only looking to make a small batch of say 10 litres

what say you guys :D

Sounds good. A basic grainbill along the lines of 94% Lager Malt, 3% Crystal Malt, 3% Torrified Wheat would be perfect. I'd aim for arout 20-30 IBU; use your favorite calculator/website/brew software to determing the quantity of Saaz. Add 2/3 of your hops at 60 minutes remaining, and the other 1/3 at 15 minutes remaining. Happy brewing!
